Hi everyone!  Alex here.  This is more of an "About Me" page as the rest of the guys at Mostyle don't blog.  None-the-less I'll do my best to channel some of the collective learnings and experiences that we have on our journey in the Mostyle boat to refining what we now call "Mobile MicroSNS's".

I founded Mostyle back in 2004 in Melbourne, Australia and with some talented friends set out to develop a high quality distribution channel for entertainment mobile content.  This evolved from an initial mobile games distribution portal to a mobile community portal to a mobile site building tool and finally into a mature and market tested platform to deploy white-label mobile social networks.  *phew*  And we haven't looked back :)

So in one hand we've got a powerful and flexible platform that allows us to customize and launch highly visual mobile (WAP) mobile social networks (SNS) and in the other hand we've got a wealth of experience having launched and managed a number of SNS's using this platform (in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and even more coming). These SNS's are of the MicroSNS variety - typically with a userbase between 10k - 150k and are highly targeted.

The aim of this blog is to share some of the insights and experiences that we see from having designed and managed MicroSNS's for both web and mobile users.  Most of this you won't find written in books or even blogs so we're sure you'll find it interesting!
